We’ve seen spring clothes in the windows of stores, and we’ve heard people say spring is only weeks away. Need some more motivation to get you through these last frigid days? This cute event might do it. On Sunday, Nest is having its own flower show geared towards the small set.
There will be two craft activities: One involves painting pots and planting your very own flowers; the other is making tissue paper flowers. There will be story time, featuring flower-themed books read, a flower-inspired group game, pizza from Nomad (a Wee favorite) and Rita’s Water Ice. Because truly, nothing says this winter WILL end like a bite of cherry ice.
When: Sunday, March 9th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Cost: $20 per family — both members and non-members are invited.
Tickets: Buy them online at Nest’s website.
