You guys know that we’ve written here before about the yoga-and-barre-based postnatal fitness program Y2B Fit, and what an excellent resource it is for moms (new or otherwise) who want to get back in shape. As you may remember, founder and instructor Crystal Widmann has always run all her awesome classes either via personal training sessions in a client’s home, or online, via her “virtual studio”. But now? Now she’s opening a Y2B Fit fitness studio in Mt. Airy where you can take any number of group classes or do private training sessions. (And you can still mix and match your class schedule with the online courses, too!)
There’s more good news, you guys: Widmann is offering FREE CLASSES starting today, June 21, until the opening on July 9. Class offerings are inclusive of all fitness levels, and include Yoga, Barre, Babywearing Barre, Prenatal Yoga, SurfSet and more. You can read about each class here. (Note: Several offerings are BYO Baby!)
Come July 11, the full schedule will begin with both weekday and weekend classes. As a special opening deal, Y2B is offering a $49 monthly unlimited classes for the first month for new clients. After that, monthly unlimited memberships will be $99. Individual classes are $16.
Finally, there’s one more important thing you should know: In honor of the opening, Widmann is offering Wee readers a chance to win a FREE 4-week series of Baby+Me Barre classes. (That’s an especially effective class for mamas, focusing on the pelvic floor, the core and glutes!) For your chance to win, head over to the Wee Wander Facebook page, become a fan if you aren’t already, see this post, and leave a comment there about the new Y2B Fit studio. We’ll choose a winner from our commenters at random by noon on Wednesday, June 22.
Complete contest rules: No purchase necessary. Must follow contest rules, as stated above, to be eligible to win. Winners will be chosen at random. Contest open to all residents of the United States. Contest runs from date of publishing until Wednesday, June 22nd at 12 p.m. Odds of winning depend on total number of qualified entries received during promotional period.
