We’ve written a few times now about Mt. Airy’s Y2B Fit, which began with Crystal Widmann’s mom-focused personal training and online fitness classes, and then went brick-and-mortar a little less than a year ago. These days, Y2B Fit is killing it — still offering personal training and online sessions that are especially great for postnatal workouts, as well as a roster of group fitness classes designed to appeal to basically anyone, from multiple types of yoga to barre to yoga/barre combos and more.

But one of the coolest parts of Y2B is that Widmann has never strayed far from the original vision of helping new (and not-so-new moms) embrace a do-able fitness routine. To wit: Y2Bs Second Saturdays are especially devoted to serving mamas. Every second Saturday of the month, Y2B offers Baby Bump Barre (for preggies!) for just $10 a person; BYO Baby Barre (postnatal baby-and-me!), which is FREE on Second Saturdays; and Family Yoga (yoga for moms, for little ones and for all loved ones) for $20 a family. And hey! This coming Saturday — April 8 — is the next Second Saturday on the books …. so you can check it out immediately!

Finally — in addition to all of this, Widmann just added childcare onto the roster of offerings at Y2B for select morning and weekend classes. Right now, you can bring your kid for babysitting for the 9:15 classes on Mondays and Thursdays, as well as Saturdays at 8 and 9:15 a.m. (And there’ll be more to come!)

You can check out the whole line-up (and read more about offerings) here!
