Thanks to WashPo for excellent, wrenching reporting on the devastation Puerto Rican schools are still very much grappling with. Forget WiFi — these kids and teachers don’t even have lights. “When it rains, they get anxious the school will flood,” [one teacher] said. “You have to calm them.”
